Returns for "Custom Made Orders" are dealt with only by "contacting us" by e-mail: sales@bellacollana.com.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days. Rush orders will be handled on a custom, person by person basis. Please contact us at, e-mail: sales@bellacollana.com. Anything over $18 price is handled by Priority Mail (delivery 2–3 business days).

Outside the United States will be processed on a case by case basis regarding the shipping requirements for each country. We will need to be contacted by e-mail: sales@bellacollana.com, to calculate shipping costs, etc.

RETURN POLICY & EXCHANGES

Exchanges may be made within 14 days from delivery. Please contact us by e-mail at sales@bellacollana.com or by telephone at (619) 663-0169, to select or exchange merchandise. Return postage is not included and new shipping charges will be applied. Please allow 2–3 weeks for exchanges to be processed.

We stand by our craft, so if anything breaks, we will always fix it. Please "contact us" before sending it back.
